We resolve over 90% of all IT problems over the phone or remotely, giving you a speedy resolution without needing to wait for an engineer. Our remote support software allows us to connect to your server, desktop, laptop or even Android and Apple iOS devices wherever you may, enabling us to provide support whenever you need it.
However, if your IT problem cannot be resolved remotely, we can send an engineer to your site in order to resolve the problem. We cover most of the North East – so when a visit is required, we are never far away.
